Community Rooms

Community rooms are available free of charge to volunteer organizations, not for profit organizations (NPO), equal opportunity groups, youth associations, seniors associations, international exchange groups, environmental awareness organizations, and such organizations involving the citizens of Iwate. Prospective groups must provide their organizationfs registration in advance of using the facilities.

Community Room Usage Hours
Hours: 9:00 ` 21:30
(5 floor from 9:00 to 20:00)
Days: Every Day
(Closed December 29th ` January 3rd for New Years holidays, and for scheduled maintenance.)
Available Use Periods: Community Rooms are available in 1 hour periods.
Continuous Use Limit: 3 Consecutive Day Limit

Number of rooms one can use As a rule, the number of rooms one organization may use per day at the same time is two rooms.

Community Room Use Application Procedure
Application Procedure
EPlease submit a completed application form to the NPO Activity Center on the 6 floor.
EFor use of the Japanese Language Resource Room and Workroom located within the International Exchange Center on the 5th floor, please apply directly to the International Exchange Center.
Tentative reservations may be made by telephone, fax or internet. Please keep in mind that tentative reservations must be followed by submission of a formal application as described below.
